The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technology and business by analyzing data, identifying processes, and recommending solutions to enhance organizational performance. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting research, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive the company\u2019s objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and understand project objectives, processes, and challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive business improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Document and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and product management, to design and implement solutions that address business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and user manuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to various audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A master\u2019s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience:<\/strong> 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Skills:<\/strong> Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and experience with business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Analytical Skills:<\/strong> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Communication Skills:<\/strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Interpersonal Skills:<\/strong> Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
