Jolly Express seeks an enthusiastic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our senior executives and streamline daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role demands a proactive individual who can maintain discretion while handling sensitive information and contribute positively to our dynamic workplace culture.
Key Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications on behalf of the executives.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, coordinating tasks and timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and manage budgets for departmental operations, including tracking expenses and preparing expense reports.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate cooperation and information sharing.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification
- Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role or similar position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
Location: Jolly Express, 456 Oak Road Manchester, UK.
Employment Type: Remote – Full-Time
Salary Range: $35,000 – $55,000 per annum
