The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. This role is crucial in driving traffic, enhancing brand awareness, and generating leads through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Optimize website content for search engines, focusing on keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO improvements.
- Create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including website blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, creating and scheduling posts to engage audiences.
- Analyze email performance metrics and implement A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to increase ROI and drive traffic to the website.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve overall campaign performance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing projects and promotions, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and technologies, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions and recommendations.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Employment Type: Remote, Full-Time
Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per annum
