NantKwest, Inc. is seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to deliver innovative biopharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, demonstrating awareness of trends, potential obstacles, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, products, and pricing strategies, providing insights to adjust tactical approaches as needed.
- Solicit feedback from customers and team members to identify areas for improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably within the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and cultivate a high-performing sales team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making based on data and market trends.

Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 per annum
